To return follow the instructions to email for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and ship-to information. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship via prepaid, UPS to the address provided by our customer service department. Shipping charges for return products are the responsibility of the customer. Returns made without RMA numbers may be delayed or denied. Sorry, we cannot refund handling fees. If original order was shipped by common carrier freight, the customer will be responsible to arrange product(s) to be returned once a RMA number has been issued. All returned items items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
