If this occurs before shipment of your order, we will cancel your order and issue a refund within 72 hours.  Should the order have already been shipped, we will issue a UPS call tag to return the item and issue a full refund after receipt of product(s).

Orders or portions of orders that are too large or heavy to be sent by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground will be shipped by common carrier freight. These items will need to be sent to a commercially zoned business as determined by the freight delivery company. If you wish for the freight item to be delivered to a non-commercially zoned (residential) delivery address you will be responsible for fees and charges as charged by the freight delivery company.  In some rare instances, there might not be enough room for a large truck to enter or turn around in your neighborhood, which means getting the products to your ‘door’ may require special handling.  Freight lines (common carriers) require that someone be available to help off-load shipment and sign for it.  Any shipping damage would be the customer’s responsibility to pursue directly with delivering freight company. A $99.50 handling charge will be accessed for all freight qualifying orders. In addition, an additional over length fee of $150 will be assessed on extrusion shipments in excess of 20 feet.

Shipments outside the US may be subject to additional freight costs, applicable taxes, duties, and fees. Oversized shipments are not eligible for shipment outside the Continental US, however, in some cases oversize items can be cut to shipping size and sold with splice kits in order to ship internationally. We intend to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order (with the exception of weekends and holidays) but this is not always possible for reasons including products availability, special orders and unanticipated problems.
