The webbing stop block clamp mounts onto the end of the cover on each side. This clamp is attched to the Webbing/Rope and stops the cover from feeding into the track at the same point the traveling Leading Edge Bar of the cover reaches the end of the pool.  This clamp actually clamps onto the side of the cover and stops against the guide feed at the end of the track
